you can connect your home TV, Security Cams (DVR) to your ADSL internet and you need minimum upload 256 KBPS this mean if you are using Qualitynet or UnitedNetwork you must subscribe with at least 512 KBPS because the upload speed is half the download speed . (check it here)
- How many computers can the SlingPlayer software be installed on?
- What do I need to get started? (connection speed mention also)
- Can I use the Slingbox with a wireless router?
- Can the Slingbox record shows to my computer’s hard drive?

And I think they just complaining about small problems doesn’t worth to be mentioned . Now you can have one ShowTime or Orbit subscription and you can check it anywhere office or just name it .

I read about this Slingbox, and also about similar product for PS3. Problem is, our bandwidth may not be the best for such services.
What would really draw attention is the Tivo box. I want something to record.
Still, good to hear from people who tried it here
