المالية: انشاء صفحة على موقعي “تويتر” و”فيسبوك” لنظام الدفع الالكتروني

اعلنت وزارة المالية عن تدشين وسيلة تواصل حديثة تتمثل في انشاء صفحة على الموقعين الالكترونيين الخاصين بالتواصل الاجتماعي (تويتر) و(فيسبوك) تحت اسم (تسديد).

وقالت الوزارة في بيان صحافي ان الصفحة الالكترونية الجديدة تأتي في اطار اطلاقها لحملتها الاعلانية الخاصة بنظام الدفع الالكتروني الحكومي (تسديد) المتعلقة بدفع المستحقات المترتبة على المتعاملين مع الحكومة بواسطة قنوات الدفع الالكترونية المختلفة.

واضاف البيان ان هذه الحملة جاءت بالتعاون مع الجهاز المركزي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات وشركة الخدمات المصرفية الالية المشتركة (كي نت) مؤكدا في الوقت نفسه حرص الوزارة على التواصل مع اكبر عدد ممكن من شرائح المجتمع المختلفة من خلال استخدام كافة قنوات التواصل والتقنيات الحديثة المتاحة على شبكة الانترنت اضافة الى الموقع الخاص بنظام الدفع الالكتروني الحكومي (تسديد).

وذكر ان اهداف الصفحتين الالكترونيتين الجديدتين يتمثل في إبراز أنشطة وفعاليات وأهداف برنامج الدفع الالكتروني الحكومي وابراز الأحداث المستمرة والجهات التي تتوافر لديها قنوات الدفع الالكتروني ومعرفة الانطباعات حول فعاليات وأنشطة الدفع الالكتروني الحكومي واخيرا التواصل المباشر مع أكبر عدد ممكن من فئات المجتمع.

But they didn’t mention all the services like mobile pos with ZAIN and when you check the movie they are using magmatic stripe card not the new sim card !

This movie showing the Ministry of Finance new kiosk . This is great step to e-gov hopefully .

they launch their payment service and it is active now you can check at their website . they just launch it at infoconnect 2009.

Knet organized a ‘Smart Card Workshop’ that was held over four
days at the Holiday Inn Downtown and conducted by Aconite.
Jenan Al-Shatti, Unit Head for the E-Government Project, related on
the importance of this workshop; “The training undertook to explain
in some detail what the smart card is, what its uses are, the need for it
in Kuwait, and how it could be used as a form of payment. The
advantages were discussed, after which the different organizations
collaborated to set the specifications particular to Kuwait.
The Government of Kuwait plans to replace the present civil ID card
with a similar card carrying a chip, which will be, in effect, a smart
card. This card can be used to effect payments for some government
issues, and this payment will be routed through Knet. For this reason, teams from Knet, PACI, the Central
Agency for Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance got together at this workshop in a joint effort.
The attendees were Abdulla Al-Ajmi, Haifa Al-Ali, Mohammed Al-Sarraf, Ghadna’a Zeraie, Jenan Al-Shatti,
Ruqayya Al-Mehri, Hussam Al-Dulaimi and Shrouq Al-Omaim from Knet; Fahad Al-Mutawa and
Ebrahim Al-Felakawei from the Ministry of Finance; Ebtisam Al-Awadhi and Nawal Al-Jomah from the
Central Agency for Information Technology, and Mustafa Abdulaziz, John Zachariah and Ebrahim Majdy
from PACI.

KNET and the e-payment project

When I was checking e-gov

i found that MOF started testing KNET payment gateway on their site and here is the link .

Sinning the agreement of offering Governmental Electronic payment services between Knet and Ministry of finance

The Ministry of Finance signed, on Thursday 8th of May 2008, an agreement with K-Net whereby the latter will offer electronic payment services for collecting state fees, in a step toward transforming to the e-government system.
