Ministry Of Commerce and Industry opened new department for Money Laundry .

This Department is part of MOCI and you can’t do your license renewal or anything without confirming you are clean in front of this department and they require from you several thing as shown Down in the pic .

And also they have publish small book here it is

I heard that they are serious and some shops are closed Also see the punishment here and laws is here

Watch out every body because the detectives may step to your shops and give you warning and they will come later and they are not kidding i know people already complains about these things .

If you want to buy jewellery above 200 kd you must give your Civil ID to the sales man . you can’t buy jewellery with out CID or Passport or any ID can verified by state of kuwait .
